When will I receive my order?
Fillast products are shipped by express courier within 5 working days.
However, during the Christmas period and summer, shipments may be subject to changes that are always communicated on the site and via email if you are subscribed to our mailing list.
What payment methods are accepted?

Fillast accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Payments are made online via the secure Nexi service.

Other credit cards and PayPal account:
Payments are made online through PayPal’s secure service.

Advance bank transfer
When choosing the payment by bank transfer, we will provide the necessary details.

Cash on delivery
When choosing to pay by cash on delivery, the amount due will be paid on delivery of the goods.
The cost of the service is € 5.

Shipping costs
The service is free for members of the Fillast Lounge VIP Club while for non-members, shipping is free for orders over € 50.
